Our Industrial-grade Oil Water Separator utilizes advanced gravity separation technology, capitalizing on the natural density difference and immiscibility between oil and water. This enables efficient separation of oil droplets, suspended solids, and water in both static and dynamic states. A time-tested, eco-friendly solution, this process requires no additional power, chemicals, or creates secondary pollution, ensuring low operational and maintenance costs. The YJ series comes with an innovative structural design, effectively separating residue, floating oil, and sludge from sewage. Additionally, it can be paired with an air flotation device to expedite the oil-water separation process.
How to Use the Product
Our state-of-the-art industrial oil-water separator is an ingeniously developed solution designed for simplicity and ease of operation. Perfectly suited for treating oily and degreasing wastewater in the food industry, this product ensures that post-separation, the water's oil content is reduced to 5mg/L or less, fully complying with wastewater discharge standards.
Preparation Before Use
1. For optimal performance, position the separator as close to the sewage source as possible. This minimizes the length of the water pipe, thereby reducing pipe resistance.
Ensure the oil-water separator is installed as close as possible to the industrial oil separation device, keeping the connecting pipes short.
Operation Method of Oil Water Separator
1. Connect the inlet, outlet, and drain pipes. Close the drain valve and outlet ball valve, attach the inlet pipe to the sewage tank, and open the inlet valve.
2. When the industrial oil-water separator is in normal operation, clean water will be discharged from the water outlet, the oil collection chamber will start gathering oil, and the oil-water interface will begin to drop.
Before shutting down, always fill the chambers of the oil-water separator with clean water and close the inlet and outlet ball valves.
