Product Description Used for cooling, cutting and collecting tire thread or sidewall of bias tire and radial tire after extrusion.
Structure features:
Consisting of take-off, contraction, continuous weighing, marking, calendaring and sticking base system, cooling, speed set point setting, cut-off, accelerated separation, water blow-off, inspection, spreading and spraying rubber cement. Take-up device etc. And designed according to the domestic and foreign advanced technologies, with speed regulation by A. C. frequency conversion, PLC control, entire line synchronization, no stretching for products.
