Funcion:This machine is designed to cut the round, square or rectangular pipes into a certain length in production line;
Features: 1)The whole cutting process is finished by two milling head under control of computer, along the cross section by swivel feeding, each milling head will finish half of the pipe cutting;
2)The copy cutting profile program can be set through liquid crystal touch screen, the system has round, square and rectangular three interface figure, this device is with the characteristic of easy operation and direct view, the complex cutting profile program can work through simple parameters setting;
3)The saw blade moves according to the set tube shape, automatically calculates the breaking point, automatically generates the motion curve, and automatically matches the feed axis and the rotation axis.
4)TCT saw blade sawing function can increase sawing output and reduce the frequency of saw blade replacement.
5)Saw cart drive, saw blade rotation, and feeding are all servo motors. Brand: Siemens; Servo control system: Siemens Simotion, PLC: Siemens.
6)The base of the flying saw can be raised and lowered to meet the different welded pipes bottom line.
7)The database stores the tube type and sawing parameters, and there is no need to reset and adjust when changing the tube type.
8)The system can automatically calculate the cut area and prompt the user to replace the saw blade.
9)There are emergency stop and saw lift functions in case of failure to protect the saw blade.
10)The clamp spacing is small, which is very good for sawing thin-walled pipes, and the pipes will not shake.
11)There are 3 sets of clamps, which are hydraulically clamped and can be moved to facilitate the replacement of saw blades.
12)The drive shaft runs according to the curve of the electronic cam, the origin of the saw car can be set freely, and the cutting length can be flexibly set.
13)With automatic chip removal device.
With automatic cooling and lubrication system.
