Processing flow:
rubber powder,coaltar,black rosin ---devulcanizer(after devulcanizing)----rubber mixing mill ----rubber prefiner-----rubber refiner ----reclaimed rubber sheet
Usage:
It adopt new equipment and process of high temperature dynamic desulfidation. In order to reach even and effective desulfidation. We can put pulverous cross linked rubber, softener, activator and water into the pot with heating hermetically and mixing continuously.

Technical details of the machine:
devulcanizer employs a hydraulic system to open, close and lock up the feeding door and the discharging door.
The devulcanizer adopts a new technology of devulcanizition. Compared with tradtional devulcanizing equipments, it is advanced in the following points.
Compared with traditional devulcanizing equipments, it is advanced in the following points:
1) The reclaim powder does not need to be ground so fine;
2) Plastifiers, reclaiming agents and rubber powder can be put together into the devulcanizer;
3) No polluted water will be let out during the devulcanization;
4) The quality is higher;
5) The devulcanizing vessel can be automatically open and close.
