The cleaning tank will be equipped with a motor and a pick-up tooth. The raw material will continue to move forward
under the drive of the pick-up tooth and enter the next machine. At the same time, the pick-up tooth also has a certain
cleaning effect to help clean the raw material.

In addition to cleaning, the PET cleaning tank can also separate the bottle cap from the bottle body. Because the raw
materials of the bottle cap are PP and PE, which do not belong to PET, and the density pen water is small, the bottle
cap will be separated from the top. When the material outlet flows out, the bottle body PET will sink to the bottom of
the water and continue to enter the next machine.


In addition to the motor and teeth on the top of the water tank, there is also a screw at the bottom. The screw will push
the raw material forward, help to remove the sediment and impurities on the raw material, and achieve a better cleaning effect.
