MecoPanel® Aluminium Honeycomb Panel is a sandwich panel made with two aluminium
sheets laminated to a honeycomb core, by using two components PU glue and
through a thermal laminating process. The honeycomb core is an imitation of natural
beehive structure which is hexagonal shape, thus it's light weighted but strong and
firm.
PANEL WIDTH 1000mm, 1220mm, 1250mm, 1500mm, 1575mm, 1600mm or customized width
PANEL LENGTH 2440mm, 3200mm, 4880mm, 5800mm or cut to size
PANEL THICKNESS 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 15mm, 25mm, 50mm, 1OOmm or tailor-made
ALUMINIUM SKIN THICKNESS 0.3mm, O.4mm, 0.5mm up to 0.7mm
ALLOY AA3003, AA5005

THE FAQ
Q1: Can we get a sample for reference?
Yes, 1-2 samples will be free but the express freight will be collected.
Q2: How long does it take to make a sample?
Normally, it takes 3-5 days to make it.
Q3: Do I need to pay deposit when contract is done?
Yes, 30% deposit within 3 working days is required. Our delivery time is based on the date that your
deposit is already on our account.
Q4: Can you provide OEM service?
Yes, we can. It will depend on your requests; your logo will be customized on our products.
Q5: Packaging and shipping
Normally we packed by wooden pallet, outer is MDF protective sheet and steel packaging tapes.
Or it is packed as your requests.
