Q1.Are you a manufacturer?

Q2.Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?
Our factory can laser print customers' logos on the product with permission from customers. Customers need to provide us with a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print the customer's logos on the products.
Q3.How to get a sample?
The sample is available, but the sample charge is prepaid, which is will be refunded if you make bulk order next time.
Q4.What are the payment terms?
We accept T/T, L/C, and Western Union, 30% deposit before production 70% balance paid before delivery.
Q5.What about the delivery time?
45 days after receiving payment.
Q6: What to do if not satisfied with the quality?
A: We have strict quality control protocols and every piece of product will be inspected before leaving the factory. If you received products with any problem, we will refund you or send out a replacement.
