Roller press charcoal briquetting machine adopts two pressure roller ,it uses preloading spiral and forced pressure molding material into the middle of the roll, due to constant speed reverse rotation compression molding material, the unit pressure from small to large until the roller center "0-0", forming unit reach maximum pressure,then rollers go on rolling, as the roller forming pressure lowering, formed ball will separate from roller.

--- Do i need to mix binder to press?
Yes, you can mix binder or combustion improver. But the binder depends on your material.
The most common binder is starch. It will not influence briquette quality.
