Structural features:
1.The uniquely designed sun wheel floats with precision, securely connected by a spline to the motor shaft at one end. The other end achieves automatic positioning through masterful meshing with three large planetary wheels, strategically spaced around the circumference. This ensures optimal meshing backlash and tooth top clearance, elevating performance and reliability.
2.The robust design features three twin large planetary wheels, dynamically driven by the sun wheel. These twin wheels are firmly mounted on frame bearings and mesh skillfully with the internal teeth of the torque tube at the opposite end. The torsion tube is seamlessly integrated with the hub, creating a unified structure that allows the hub's two centripetal thrust bearings to rotate in perfect harmony around the frame.
