Product Description
Introduction
Centerless Grinders Economic Servo Type PC-12S Series is a high-quality grinder manufactured by Palmary. Different from traditional standard models, this series of grinders adopt servo motor to drive the regulating wheel speed, featuring low rotational speed and high torque. This improves the operation of the regulating wheel more precise and easier to operate. Its economical mechanical structure makes it an affordable choice for machining.
Precision Spindles
The GW spindle and the RW spindle are precision machined and made from alley steel (SNCM-220), processed with normalization, aging, and heat treatment, then proceed to sub-zero treatment, finally finished after precision machining and grinding. The internal hardness of the spindle is tempered to HRC 25°~30°. The surface hardness is up to HRC 62°. The spindle is resistant to heavy cutting and precision grinding, with strong torque, durability, no deformation, and wear resistance.
Feed Screw
The feed screw is manufactured from alloy steel. It's also normalized, high frequency harden and precision ground in order to have high feeding accuracy and excellent wear resistance.
Pressure Switch
When starting the GW and RW spindle, this pressure switch allows starting only when oil enters into bearings thereby providing safety protection for the spindle bearings.
Lubrication System
The automatic lubricator provides lubrication to the GW spindle. Also all slideways are lubricated by a centralized lubrication system, ensuring proper lubrication and feeding accuracy.
