XDQJ 400 Infrared Bridge Cutting Machine

Product Description

The infrared Bridge cutting machine is separate structure, need to build concrete foundation. The machine adopts the infrared for tool setting and the magnetic grid ruler for measuring the distance, use hydraulic unit to transmit, is controlled by PLC. The machine is mainly used for cutting marble and granite slabs, especially suitable for cutting the high value slab.
The bridge cutting machine consists of crossbeam, spindle box, lifting components, worktable parts, PLC control system, hydraulic system ,infrared ray unit and automatic lubrication system.
Feature: 1, Crossbeam is made of cast iron, it will be more durable and stable.
2,Worktable can rotate 0-360°and locate every 45 degree,can tilt 0°-83°
3,Hydraulic system is used in the worktable tilting and rotating.
4,AC contactor ,inverter,breaker,touch screen and PLC adopt Schneider brand. human-machine interface is easily operated and fully automatic processing as operator entered parameters
5,Equipped with infrared ray to exactly locate slabs
6,The forward and backward movement of crossbeam is equipped with magnetic grid ruler to ensure high processing precision.
7,This machine has an automatic lubrication system. Can set time to oil for the blade lifting parts

Working principle:
The crossbeam was fixed on two parallel concrete foundations. The crossbeam move forward or backward by asynchronous motor, it is controlled by frequency converter(its stroke:2.3meters). The spindle is driven by main motor with belt transmission and then have the blade rotated. The blade component move left or right by asynchronous motor with frequency converter for adjusting feed speed(its stroke:3.5meters) Worktable can rotate 0°-360°and locate every 45° by hydraulic system transmission.
