Premium Material for Undercarriage Pontoons: Our pontoons are typically constructed from robust Q355B manganese steel.
Anti-corrosion Tech
Operating underwater demands superior corrosion resistance. We have enhanced our procedures by incorporating automatic shot blasting and de-rusting, followed by dust-free spray painting and high-temperature baking paint.
Adjustable Pontoon
The roller between the pontoons is adjustable, allowing you to narrow or widen the distance. This flexibility enables efficient operation in tight spaces while enhancing stability in open areas. This innovation boosts both stability and operational efficiency.

In-house Manufactured Chains
Our in-house design and production ensure the highest quality control.
Choose between two-chain or three-chain configurations. The three-chain option is ideal for harsh conditions, allowing the excavator to return for maintenance even if one chain breaks.
Superior Chain Composition:Our chains are crafted from high-grade

Cr,

CrMo, and 42CrMo. We offer various connection options
including both bolt and weld connections.
This ensures adaptability and durability.
Vulnerable parts
are
easily replaceable, ensuring longevity.

Track Cleats
Our track cleats, formed through press molding, are made from high-strength 700MC or Q960 steels, offering exceptional bending resistance. We also provide options in polymer or aluminum alloy for added versatility. Each option ensures high-intensity performance and robust durability.
