Brewhouse system is widely used in the brewpub ,bar and restaurant to brew beer. The Brewhouse system including the following :Mash tank,Lauter tank,kettle ,whiripool tank,hops adding system and pipeline etc.
Brewhouse can be in various combination:
1. Two vessels: Mash/lauter tank, Kettle/whirlpool tank
2. Three vessels: Mash/lauter tank,whirlpool, Kettle;Or Mash tun, Lauter tank, Kettle/whirlpool tank;
3. Four vessels: Mash tun, lauter tank, kettle, whirlpool tank
Brewhouse system has three kinds of heating method:
1. Electric heating
2. Steam heating
3. Direct fire heating
Brewhouse system Standard Configuration :
1. Available capacity from 1 to 60 BBL(HL)
2. Equipment use 100% Tig welding and sanitary polish surface
3. Inside shell use SS304 material ( SS316L material is optional)
4. Out side cladding shell use SS304 material (copper material cladding is optional)
5. Platform material is SS304
6. Top mounted agitator system ( bottom mounted is optional)
7. Plate heat exchanger ,Wort pumps,flow meter,valves and pipeline are all SS304 material
8. PLC automatic control or semi-automatic control or manual control

1. Saccharification system: effective volume ≥250L; mixing motor adopts frequency conversion control; wort pump can be controlled by frequency conversion; saccharification system valve adopts electric sanitary butterfly valve; steam jacket heating with platinum resistance temperature probe; heating rate 1.5~2ºC/each Minutes; built-in 360° rotating cleaning ball; with secondary steam cooling device; with empty material level gauge, full material level gauge
2. Fermentation system: effective volume of fermentation tank: 250 liters/piece; total volume ≥330 liters/piece; internal 360° rotating washing ball; tank body equipped with platinum resistance thermometer; cooling jacket adopts Miller plate; fermentation tank 1 sewage outlet at the bottom, 1 wine outlet at the middle of the cone bottom, 1 sampling valve on the cylinder; one exhaust and CIP port on the top, with a breathing valve on the top; the fermentation tank with a water-sealed pressure regulating valve; the top with a round can Open the pressure manhole; 2 of the fermentation tanks are equipped with titanium rods;
3. CIP system: volume: 450L; heating method adopts steam heating method; insulation material: rock wool, thickness of insulation layer 80mm
4. Refrigeration system: mechanical automatic control of refrigerant temperature; power: 5HP; refrigeration machine: 1. touch screen single-chip controller adopts 5-inch high-definition true color touch screen, sensitive touch, simple and fast operation, and can dynamically display the unit operation Polishing:
Polishing is vital for tanks. Tanks should be polished wholly inside and outside.
Therefore it can ensure there is no place for the bacteria to hide in tanks.
Our polishing system consists of auto and semi-auto polishing machine and manual polishing.
Each tank is polished three times and more polish for the key place. Welding:
Our argon central system for welding provides 100% pure argon to protect tanks from distorting during welding
Packaging Details
Under normal circumstances, we will use PE wrapping film for part of the product, then use wooden case packaging, or according to the special requirements of the customer packaging;If exported to European countries, we will fumigate the wooden cases.
Shipping Details
Under normal circumstances, we will use trucks to transport products to Qingdao port;Or according to customer requirements, choose the most convenient, the most economic mode of transportation.
