Haichen Servo energy-saving 180Ton injection molding machine is designed to achieve significant energy savings by utilizing servo motor applications.
Unlike ordinary engines, the flow rate and speed of the oil pump in a servo engine can be adjusted according to the requirements, effectively reducing energy consumption.
In contrast, ordinary injection molding machines run continuously, even when the machine is not in motion, leading to constant motor rotation.
A servo injection molding machine, on the other hand, utilizes power only when necessary for different actions. Consequently, when the machine is not moving, the servo motor completely stops, resulting in energy savings.

INJECTION UNIT

3. Injection adopts high precision linear guide rail to reduce the load of storage stable back pressure.
HYDRAULIC UNIT 1. Adopt imported multi-layer steel wire hose, withstand high pressure 42MPa 2. High pressure hose for oil pipeline adopts H-type interface.

3. Large space servo electric cabinet heat dissipation effect is good. 4. Two groups of convection cooling fan effect is better.
