The assembly line is mainly divided into decontamination cleaning and tap water cleaning, then air drying or drying, and the final selection, the main purpose is to clean the oil and dirt on the surface, to select the broken bags, to avoid secondary pollution of product packaging.
The bubbling cleaning can continuously make the products roll in the water and hit each other to achieve the purpose of a cleaning machine for a period of time.
After the package bags are cleaned, they will be automatically lifted through the mash belt to enter the next process.
The cleaning bag contains damaged products, floating on the surface of the sink, and workers need to pick them out.
During the cleaning process, the packaging bag won’t be broken twice.

The packaging bag cleaning and air drying line can be divided into the bubble cleaning machine, broken bag sorting machine, vibration draining machine, turning air drying machine, and secondary selection conveyor.
