Product Description

The EPS Melting Machine can efficiently crush and thermally process EPS, XPS, EPE, EPO, and other foam materials. It operates without the need for a heater at the chamber end, setting it apart from conventional melting machines.

1) Virtually no preheating time required; materials can be fed immediately after the machine is activated. Traditional lump machines with heaters require approximately 20 minutes to heat the chamber.

4) Optional heater integration for processing wet foam materials, as the heater can elevate the chamber's internal temperature.
The EPS Crushing and Melting Machine features dual crushing shafts within the hopper, optimizing its crushing efficiency.
An optional conveyor system is available for material feeding.
Equipped with temperature and frequency control systems within the control box.
Includes a robust hard teeth reducer and a durable copper motor within the hot melt machine.
