HEAVY DUTY VERTICAL KNEE-TYPE MILLING MACHINE

Features:
1. The powerful carrying capacity, great specifications, high rigidity and fine structures.
2. Parts of mainframe of the machine are produced in German resin sand production line and the overall machine boasts higher rigidity and intensity.
3. The vertical guide of column and the horizontal guide of knee are integrated rectangular structure.
4. The matching guide surfaces are filmed with plastic materials to reduce friction coefficient and thereby to reduce dynamic and static friction coefficient value. It has ideal wear resistant, compressive resistant and anticreeping performance.
5. All gears are made by high alloyed steel. New integrated principal drive shift device is equipped.
6. The three-phase motor, located at the left side of the knee, achives feeding in three directions and fast movement through the drive of clutch.
7. PLC device which has high switch on/off speed and frequency controls the movement of the machine and it enables pretty high functional safety coefficient.
