Computer Room Air Conditioner
General Features:
◆ Precise Control: Adopts PID (proportional calculus) logic control to accurately control the supply air temperature and humidity
◆ High Efficiency and Energy Saving: The direct expansion (DX) unit adopts a high-efficiency scroll compressor, which can quickly adapt to the indoor low-load
situation; the unique high-efficiency interconnected evaporator can increase the heat exchange area in an effective space and comprehensively adjust the operation of the unit
◆ Low Noise and Vibration: The large-area evaporating coil can ensure a lower face velocity and reduce the noise of the unit. Both the fan motor and the compressor are equipped with shock absorber to prevent vibration from being transmitted
◆ Wide Application: The unit provides a wide range of air flow and cooling capacity, and there are air cooled type (ceiling, vertical) and chilled water type for selection.
◆ Various Heating Manner Are Optional: The unit is equipped with an electric heating system as factory standard, steam heating or a hot water heating can be selected according to the actual situation
◆ Fan Motor: Adopting a low-speed, high-efficiency and low-noise fan, equipped with permanent lubrication and self-adjusting ball bearings. The fan passes the dynamic balance testing before leaving the factory, which prolongs its service life, and the motor is equipped with a manual reset overcurrent protector. For units with big capacity, they adopt a double belt driven system, and the pitch can be adjusted, hence, the fan RPM can be adjusted on site to ensure the air flow.
◆ Safety Protection: Each compressor is equipped with a high pressure protector and an automatic low pressure protector. When the discharge pressure of the compressor is too high, the emergency alarm will be issued and the protection will be turned on. When the suction pressure of the compressor is too low and cannot work normally, an alarm signal will be issued, too.
