High-strength body frame Solid welded body frame is made by laser cutting steel plate, all the joints adopt tenoning type, with good appearance and high strength. Before powder painting, the entire body has been done sand blasting treatment, to ensure the powder adhesion, also can remove the internal stress after welding.
Saw unit details:
1.Saw unit frame with machined 20mm steel plate,to ensure the stable working performance.
2.Main saw motor is 5.5KW, scoring saw motor is 1.1KW, all motor is pure copper one.
3.Main saw adopts electric elevating through linear guide way, which is much more smooth.

Altendorf type aluminum sliding table
Adopts special designed sliding table, length is 3200mm, width is 415mm. With solid connected round bar on the side, to enhance the strength of cross cutting carriage.
The table adopts double chambers structure, which is more rigid than the traditional sliding table.
The table equipped with step locking system, which allows you to lock on any position according to your requirement.t

Mitre fence on sliding table (standard)
Enable the precise cutting of mitre, the user can set the angle freely according to the angle scale.

Large mitre fence (*optional) Pull-out core Details The large mitre fence which is much more strong, According to the cutting size, the core of cross-cutting also comes with the flip-over stops. fence can be pulled out, to get the extended gauge.

Rip fence structure
The rip fence is composed by fence base and Aluminum profile.
The fence with locking handle and micro-adjusting knob.

Digital read-out device(*optional)
Digital read-out device can help the user to set the exact value of the rip fence and flip-over stops.

Overhead extraction hood (*optional)
Considering the efficiency dust extraction and safe operation, the machine can choose the overhead extraction hoods, with strong support frame, with folding connection, allow the user to fold up the hood freely.
Electric elevating of main saw (*optional)
Equipped with electric elevating structure, the operator can do the main saw electric elevating through knob.
