1) Precision-engineered with a distance of 1206mm between each leg, a tier height of 590mm, and an expansive overall width of 1560mm, including the feeding troughs.
These cages feature an impressive bearing capacity and ample breeding space. Crafted from hot-dip galvanized sheets, the C-shaped legs provide robust support and are effortless to clean.
2) The cage bottom mesh, made from galvanized aluminum wire, delivers high intensity and excellent elasticity, effectively reducing chicken fatigue.
Our advanced process significantly enhances anti-rust properties and surface smoothness, preventing scratches and promoting chicken welfare.
3) The sliding door, equipped with a lock, ensures ease of use, security of the layers, and prevents feed from being scattered during eating.
4) The cage bottom, constructed from galvanized aluminum wire, offers superior intensity and elasticity. Its smooth surface helps minimize egg breakage.
5) Featuring a 7° bottom angle, these cages are designed with a precise rolling angle to significantly reduce egg breakage rates.
6) Square drinking pipes run along the longitudinal central axis of each tier, maximizing space efficiency while providing water access to both sides. Layers can easily access two nipple drinkers.
A V-shaped trough beneath the drinking pipe prevents water from dripping onto the manure belt, maintaining hygiene.
7) The feeding system incorporates feed trolleys with a robust driving mechanism, supported by a strong cage frame and reinforced guide rails. Each trolley features two groups of guide wheels.
Smooth rails and feeding troughs ensure the guide wheels run noiselessly and distribute feed evenly.
