Q3: If i have no drawing,Can you help with the design?
A3: Yes,we have professional designer to help you with design.

Q4: What is the tolerance for our pulleys?
A4: The pulley tolerance is +/- 0.04mm, but It can reach +/- 0.02mm(if you have strict demand)

Q5: If you have high requirements of pulley beating, how to solve this problem ?
A5: We recommend that you can choose the dynamic balance process.

Q6: How Can i know if Our product have been shipped?
A6: Detaileds photos of every process will be sent to you durning the production,we will supply track No,once shipped.

Q7: What shipping method can i choose?How about the shipping time of each option?
