Machine Introduction
This machine tool is a CNC cylindrical grinder. UB1350 is suitable for grinding the cylindrical surface of a cylindrical or conical rotary workpiece. Workpieces are less than or equal to 3.0 m in length.
The movable layout of the worktable longitudinal reciprocates and the wheelhead feeds crosswise. All are driven by AC servo motor ball screw drive.The spindle rotation of the grinding wheel is supported by static and static pressure bearing.The rotation speed of workpiece can realized by infinitely variable speed. The grinder machine adopts Siemens Sinumerik 828D numerical control system and PLC system as the machine control platform.Control the feed of the worktable (Z axle) and the wheelhead(X axle),It can complete automatic cycle grinding of multi-stage cylindrical grinding under the condition of one installation of the workpiece.It has various functions such as wheelhead automatic feed,Coarse and fine grinding,worktable automatic jump displacement,automatic switch of workpiece speed,Self-dressing wheel,Automatic compensation after trimming and circular action safety interlock and other functions.

Machine Features
The workbench moves back and forth longitudinally, and the grinding wheel frame moves laterally. Both are driven by AC servo motors and ball rods. The rotation of the grinding wheel spindle is supported by dynamic and static pressure bearings, and the workpiece only rotates and can be steplessly adjusted.
