Product Description
The European-style three-tiered six-pan oven is a device specifically designed for commercial baking, and it features the following characteristics:
Multi-layer design: It has three layers of space, with each layer capable of holding two baking pans, allowing for the simultaneous baking of six pans of food, suitable for large-scale production.
Efficient heating: Equipped with high-efficiency heating elements, U-shaped corrugated heating tubes, ensuring even heat distribution and providing a uniform baking effect.
Independent temperature control: Each layer of the oven can be controlled independently for temperature, allowing for adjustments based on different baking requirements.
Microcomputer digital independent control system, with silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) module assisting in heating, providing accurate and intuitive temperature control.
Timing function: It is equipped with a timing function, allowing for the pre-setting of baking time, and it will automatically shut off the heating when the time is up, improving baking efficiency.
Durable material: The exterior and interior of the oven are made of stainless steel, which is durable and easy to clean.
Cost-effective: Although European-style ovens are powerful in function, they are also designed to be cost-effective to meet the needs of commercial baking.
Customization support: It supports customization with steam functions and imported molasse stone plates to meet the needs of more professional baking.
Baking range: It can bake a variety of products such as custard pies, mooncakes, burgers, toast, baguettes, various breads, Western pastries, biscuits, as well as meats and grains.
This type of oven is suitable for commercial use in bakeries, cake shops, restaurants, and hotels, capable of meeting the needs of large-scale baking.

Operation Instructions
1,The first step is to connect to the power source(Caution: Do not connect the wires incorrectly, as this may risk burning out the motor.)
2,The second image shows that after plugging in the power, with the machine's switch off, the power button will flash a red dot, indicating that the machine is now electrified.
3,The third image displays the interface that appears after turning on the machine's switch. At this point, we can set the baking temperature and time.
4,First, we need to set the top heating element temperature. The red temperature displayed indicates the current temperature inside the oven. We can adjust the temperature up or down using the two black arrows, and set the desired temperature. The green temperature is the one we have set.
5,Next, we will adjust the bottom heating element temperature. Just like with the top heating element, the red color indicates the current temperature. We use the black arrows to adjust it to the desired temperature, and the green temperature display shows our set bottom heating temperature.
6,Next, we adjust the baking time by setting it with the black arrows; in the picture, I have set it for 15 minutes
7,Next, we adjust the steam settings. We will need to inject steam during the baking process. When the baking temperature reaches the steam injection temperature, the machine will prompt you, and you can press the steam injection button. The machine will then go through the steam injection process. Use the black arrows to adjust the duration of steam injection; in the picture, I have set it for 6 seconds.
(If you require the steam function, please let us know in advance, as it needs to be customized and installed.)
8,Finally, there is our memory function. This oven comes with 12 memory functions, allowing us to set 12 different baking modes. When baking a specific food, simply press the memory function button, and the machine will automatically heat up, greatly facilitating the operation.
NOTE:After all the settings are done, the machine will start to preheat. Once the red temperature indicator reaches the set temperature, you can put in the food, and then press the time-setting button. The machine will begin a countdown operation. When the baking is complete, the machine will beep to alert you
