Product Description
Medical vacuum systems are designed to supply medical vacuum to medical gas pipeline systems in medical facilities.
Yazreid medical vacuum system is composed of rotary vane vacuum pump, buffer tank, dirt collection tank, dust filter, bacteria filter, pressure gauge, PLC electronic control box.
The medical vacuum system is equipped with 2 to 4 vacuum pumps. The vacuum pump is available in both oil-lubricated and oil-free type. Each pump includes oil level sight glass,check valve. System are manufactory in ISO9001 system to ensure high quality. System are available in two configuration types: Vertical tank and horizontal tank mount.
The medical vacuum system is equipped with an LCD control cabinet to control the vacuum pump.
The system is equipped with double bacteria filter to ensure the purity of the gas entering the vacuum tank. The Medical Vacuum system and its component parts undergo a complete electric and pneumatic test prior to shipment.
The oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump is a durable long-life pump that has been used for many years in hospital and laboratory applications. Lubricated by circulating oil provides a consistently high vacuum level in continuous operation. The use of oil facilitates higher efficiency of the pump, lower operating temperatures and lower sound levels. Oil-sealed rotary vane pumps are ideal for most hospital applications.
