General Description:
This model is a comprehensive equipment for paddy-processing. Paddy first into machine through vibrating sieve and magnet device, and then passes rubber-roller for hulling. After air blowing and air blowing and air jetting to the milling room, the finishes the process of husking and milling in succession. Then husk, chaff, runtish paddy, and white rice are pushed out of machine respectively. This machine adopts all the advantages of other types, and has a comprehensive layout, rational design, compact structure and little noise in operation. It is easy to operate with less power consumption and high productivity. The model can produce white rice with high purity above National standard 1,and with less chaff containing and less broken. So it is indeed a combined rice mill of a new generation.

Working process:
The paddy is first poured into the feeding hopper, and then separated from sundries by the vibration sieve. Then the cleaned paddy passes by the magnet device through the flashboard of the hopper for removing iron sundries, afterwards they are carried by the feeding roller to the two rubber rollers for husking, The flux adapter adjusts the feeding speed. The quick roller and the slow roller rotate reverse with 3.6 mps difference of line speed, and their rotate-speed proportion is 1:1.35.The rate of husking is more than 95%,the clearance between the two rollers is adjusted by the clearance adjustor. After husking, with the action of blower, the chaff is blown out of the machine by chaff blower. the runtish paddy flows out of the machine through the runtish paddy outlet, and brown rice goes into the milling room for milling then goes out through rice outlet as finished rice. In the process of milling, the high-pressure blows the air continually into the hollow core of the main shaft to cool the milling room to ensure the finished rice bright, less bright, less broken rice production and smooth chaff ejecting. The gravity-used device near the rice outlet can adjust the whiteness of rice, fine chaff is expelled out of the machine through the pore of hexagon sieve.
