Control Equipment of Magnetism Protection when Power-cut GTBM/LPBM Series
This series is the power-supply & rectifying control equipment as well as the security system of the electromagnet at working site. When the electromagnet is working, this equipment can float charge the accumulators. When the electromagnet is under the operation of attraction but the electric net is cut-off, it can self-shift the power-supply and prevent the attracted material from dropping, thus assure other equipments and lives' safety at the operation site. It is mainly used in metallurgy, shipyard, port and so on.
GTBM series is specially designed by our company and suitable for normal application.
GTBM-*/*Q series used in the case of site require strong excitation mean while have function of magnetism protection when power-cut.
LPBM series is imported advanced technology, which is the updated magnetism regulation and protection equipment.
The control equipment we manufacture has the following outstanding characteristics
1. When the electromagnet is under the situation of attraction and it happens that the electric net is cut-off, it can self-shift the 'magnetism protection system' and prevent the attracted material from dropping; at the same time it sends out an alarm the assure other equipments and lives' safety.
2. At the same time of keeping the attracted material, it can control and open the main hook brake of crane and put the material on the ground safely.
3. It adopts the automatic charging circuit, constant charging, auto-tracing&shifting at float charging. It has the function of sending out alarms and controlling if it is over charging or discharging. On the basis of the characteristics of the maintenance-free lead-acid battery we design the function of current limit and constant voltage, which an fully make use of the function of the battery and extend its service life.
4. If adopts maintenance-free and full-seal battery as preparred power supply featuring long service life and easy to maintain.
5. This unit can work with UPS power-supply of the travelling crane which has the following functions.
5.1 Input voltage is DC220V provided by accumulators and output 380V 50HZ 3-phase AC power-supply.
5.2 When the electromagnet is under the situation of attraction and it happens that the electric net is cut-off, it can control the cart moving if there in not enough conditions to set down the attracted material.
5.3 When power-cut, it can control the main hoist AC brake work, so there is no need to change the original AC brake to DC brake by using this equipment.
