Product Description
Plastic PP PE film washing recycling line adapt to wash various type of film and woven bags which impurity content reach to 80%. The waste dirty material go through crushing, friction washing, washing, dewatering, hot air drying process will turn to be clean flakes for pelletizer.
Working principle of plastic film cleaning line:
Plastic shredder/crusher: The first step in the plastic cleaning granulation line is to use the plastic shredder to cut the plastic film into small pieces. The resulting plastic parts plastic shredder size is about 30mm-100mm.
Plastic rinsing tank: Plastic rinsing tank plays a key role. The plastic washing machine can remove the dirt, grease, dust, residue and other impurities on the plastic surface through a series of water washing, so that the plastic debris is treated more clean and pure. Clean plastic materials can result in higher quality recycled products and reduce wear and damage to pelletizer and other recycling machines.
