Eccentric Eddy Current Separator For Sorting Waste Scraps And Flakes With Non-ferrous Metal Aluminum And Copper Eddy Current Separator can be widely used in the field of environmental protection such as waste disposal, waste electrical appliances recycling and non-ferrous metal processing industry. The non-ferrous metals are recovered from the crushing materials of the automobile dismantling plant, from the copper aluminum casting sand and smelting ash, and from the waste motor crushing materials; the non-ferrous metals are recovered from the incinerated printed circuit board, from the domestic waste, industrial waste, electronic waste treatment, waste plastic doors and windows, boiler bottom ash and other non-ferrous metals.
Detailed Photos Metal Eddy Current Separator is designed based on the principle that conductor can produce induced current in high frequency alternating magnetic field. When the machine works, it will produce a high frequency alternating strong magnetic field on the surface of the sorting magnetic roller. When the non-ferrous metal of the conductor enters the magnetic field sorting area, it will induce a eddy current inside the metal block. The eddy current itself will produce a magnetic field in the opposite direction of the magnetic field. The non-ferrous metal (such as copper and aluminum) will leap forward along its conveying direction due to the repulsive force of the magnetic field, thus realizing Separation with other non-metallic materials, to achieve the purpose of separation, the main area of separation effect judgment is based on the material conductivity and density ratio value of the material is easier to separate.
Components of eddy current separator The eddy current equipment is composed of two parts: control and main body. The main part mainly consists of frame, motor, distributor, separator (the core part of the equipment) permanent magnetic drum, conveyor belt, conveyor drive drum, reducer and protective cover.
