Outer cover: SUS304, satin finish
Dimple jacket: SUS304
Tank top and bottom: Conical, dished
Feet: Adjustable(which is great for uneven ground surface), 3pcs or 4pcs
Fittings: Top manhole, side manhole, spray cleaning ball, thermometer, air vent, sampling valve, outlet valve, glass level gauge, stainless steel ladder(if need it), etc
Parameters:
Capacity: 500L~20,000L
With dimple pad cooling jacket, cooling exchanger areas are available in different design
With sloping bottom, easy to discharge the product out.
With top manway and side manway
Racking port with butterfly valve is optional
Bottom outlet is with tri-clover butterfly valve
The machine is with glass level gauge
The machine is with tri-clover sampling valve
CIP cleaning spray ball and thermometer
Material:
All materials adopt stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L. Internal surface is polished to Ra≤0.4μm and external surface has got surface polishing treatment.
The tank uses arc welding, which ends in no dead angle.
Warranty: One year after receiving equipment, offer life long after sale service.
Installation and commissioning: We can send professional engineer to install and commission the equipment.
Maintenance services: any malfunction happened, once you enquiry us, we will reply you within 24 hours except the special reasons.
