Product Overview
Our plastic washing recycling machines are designed to reprocess waste plastics. With advanced design and rich experience in the plastic recycling industry, we can supply the plastic film washing machine in capacity 300kg/h-1500kg/h and the plastic bottle washing machine in capacity between 500kg/h to 3000kg/h. We also could provide specific custom washing and recycling solutions based on the raw materials nature and your application requirements.
Plastic Washing Machine:
1. The plastic film washing line is widely is used to crush, wash, dewater, dry and recycle plastic films like agriculture film, bags, PP woven bags and so on.
2. With complete pp pe film washing line, clients can make dry, clean film scraps from wasted material.
3. The whole pp pe film washing line could be "L" or "U" shape according clients' workshop.
4. Low energy consumption, as well save the cost.
5. The last moisture of our produce can be 3%-5%.Normally drying system moisture is about 10%-15%.And at the same time,our drying system can save about 60KW for you compare with the original drying system.

2.Floating Washing Tank
(1)Unique reverse discharge method and scientific wheel combination, uniform discharge, no blocking.

(3)Bottom screw drainage design makes daily maintenance more convenient.

3.High speed friction washer
(1)The friction washer applies the corresponding blade hitting force to different materials at the most suitable rotation speed to achieve the best washing effect
(2)The part with water is used for 304 stainless steel
(3)During the high-speed rotation,separate impurities from raw material
(4)Impurities are discharged through the small mesh in the screen.
4.De-watering Machine
(1) Remove the water from the plastic flakes, the finale moisture is less than 5%.
