Zn98Al2 wire is an ideal material for making metal targets, it can be used for cast rotary targets and thermally sprayed rotary targets, providing optimal process stability and performance.
The targets are widely used in Low-E glass, electrochromic glass coating applications.
We have serial metal for making metal targets, such as Zn wire, Sn wire, SnZn wire, ZnAl wire, Al wire, and we have a professional R & D team that can customize products according to customer's requirements.
We have a series ZnAl(Zinc alloy wire) product, such as Zn85Al15 wire, which consists of 85% zinc and 15% aluminum by weight. It creates the optimum corrosion resistance against sodium chloride (salt), sulfur dioxide in marine environments. It is the optimal protection against salt. An ideal anti-corrosion protective coating of seawater.
ZnAl15 wire (Zinc-aluminium wire )is the best for spraying, As corrosion protection spraying wire, which is suitable for arc and flame spraying processes, was used as a coating sprayed onto the steel. The alloy produces a coating with the best anti-corrosion characteristics of both metals for optimum corrosion protection along with many uses as a solder wire.
