Horizontal Bead Mill (ZM, ZM-X, ZM-E, ZM-K) Degold ZM seires bead mills are suitable for continuous wet grinding of solids in liquid materials, and they are widely used in paint, coating, ink, pigment, color paste, cosmetic, pesticide, non-metal mines industries. There are various models such as 0.3L, 1.4L, 5L, 15L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 60L, 100L, 200L, 250L.
Production Line:
Grinding Container: Jacked with exchangeable inner cylinder. Cooling System: Grinding container with spiral jacket for cooling water circulation. Shaft Seal: ZM0.3: Lip seal, the others: Single mechanical seal or double mechanical seal. Separator: Completely adjustable, self-cleaning dynamic gap separator, static gap separator. Pump Type: Double diaphragm fluid transfer pump, gear pump, screw pump. Electrical Control: Common control panel or explosion-proof control panel. Safety and Monitoring Instruments: Pressure gauge in mill inlet and thermometer in mill outlet. Materials Options: Machine parts, which contact the product and are subject to wear, are available in different materials, such as hardened steel, stainless steel, hard chrome-plated stainless steel, mold steel, ceramic.
