It's applicable for various sport shoes, casual and leather shoes outsole attaching works.n With screwed adjusting device the height of front and rear pressing rod could be adjusted to any level to fit with height of all shoe model.
n Waist height can automatically adjust in accordance with different shoes’ arc, it is a required machine for high heeled shoes manufacture. Prolonged unique semi-circle rubber is specially designed for big size shoes.
n Front placed adjustment design makes waist and secondary pressure adjustment simple and convenient, which increases operation efficiency. Total pressure and secondary pressure are indicated independently, which makes pressure to be adjusted more precisely.

Pressing head rod seat

The minimalist settings make the operation uncomplicated, the choice of shoe type, and the time of pressing it is nothing more than that.
The pressing head rod can adjust the distance automatically, and automatic oil pressure balancing device makes the pressure upon each part of the sole even.
The back pressing head rod is equipped with screw adjusting device, front and back height can be adjusted randomly to fit with height of all shoe models, back pressing head is replaceable to fit with different last. The head of front pressing rod is covered by oxhide, durable pressing head rubber is used for protecting material .
Large seat
Central 5-core hydraulic cylinder
The middle 5 boards are pressed upwards to ensure that the shoes are balanced and pressed in the middle, suitable for high-heeled shoes and leather shoes.
Heel pressure remains the same
After the heel mechanism is equipped with the travel switch, it maintains a certain pressure at all times and changes with the position of the shoe mold.
Secondary pressure start
When the middle 5 boards are to up, the travel switch is reset, and the start of the secondary pressure is turned on to ensure the continuity of the pressure action.
Oil meter & adjusting valve
High quality oil meter is introduced, which indicates system pressure value directly and clearly, and makes commissioning and repairing convenient.

Brief operating proc
Brief operating procedures of sole attaching machine
1.Power cable should be connected on socket meet ECC standards with magnetic switch of 380v.
2.Please fill 90-100 litters of 68# or 46# hydraulic oil into oil tank.
3.switch on main power, then turn on pump switch, then select mode, then adjust pressing time.
4.Put the shoe last in the large seat properly, then adjust relevant component properly.
5.To adjust distance between front and rear rod, adjusting distance between top and bottom part of the rear pressing head by screwing the rod.
6.Step the pedal switch or press the two green button at the same time to start the machine for pressing operation.
