CNC internal grinding machine MK2110C advantage

1.The machine tool adopts a headbox fixed on the feed slide to feed the workpiece, and the grinding wheel is arranged in a reciprocating structure. The workpiece feed slide and grinding wheel worktable slide are equipped with high stiffness cross shaped ball guide rails. The workpiece feed is achieved by a high-precision ball screw pair driven by a servo motor through a coupling. The feed and compensation are the same transmission chain, with a compact structure and high accuracy.
2.The grinding wheel worktable adopts a modular design, with oil cylinders driving fast forward and fast forward reciprocating motion. The grinding process involves high-frequency mechanical oscillation of the grinding wheel, and the oscillation speed is controlled by frequency conversion to improve grinding efficiency. The workpiece spindle adopts an integral sleeve type spindle with good rigidity. The spindle bearing adopts high-precision paired bearings, which have high rotation accuracy and good stability. The spindle rotation adopts frequency stepless speed regulation.
3.Adopting an ultra wide workbench and feed slide structure to improve the overall rigidity of the machine tool.The machine tool is equipped with a waterproof fully enclosed cover, and the observation window ensures clear long-term observation. It is resistant to oil stains and ensures that the grinding wheel does not splash or harm people after being broken.
4.The machine tool adopts a rear electrical box, a front rotary operating table, and an independent cycle start button. The electrical box is equipped with a heat exchanger and ensures normal operation during high temperatures. Machine tools can design and manufacture fixtures based on the processed parts. The machine tool adopts a Mitsubishi PLC control system, servo unit, and main electrical control components from Japan. If users have special requirements, other control systems can be selected. Machine tool grinding cooling and electric spindle cooling adopt cooling systems respectively. The cooling function of the electric spindle is equipped with water interruption protection.
5.The machine tools break through traditional design concepts and achieve ultra-high precision. One clamping of the workpiece to achieve grinding of the inner hole and end face. It can also be used for products with large deformation and allowance.
