Product Description

The machine tool is specialized in processing cylindrical deep hole workpieces, such as processing the spindle hole of the machine tool, various mechanical hydraulic cylinders, cylinder cylindrical through-holes, blind holes and step holes. The machine tool can not only undertake drilling and boring, but also can perform rolling processing. Use internal chip removal method when drilling. The machine tool bed has strong rigidity and good accuracy retention.
The spindle speed range is wide, and the feed system is driven by AC servo motor, which can adopt to the needs of various deep hole processing processes. The oil feeder fastening and workpiece top tightening adopts hydraulic device, instrument display, safe and reliable.
Various change model products of the series can be supplied according to users requirement.
