The corrugated cardboard production line is generally composed of the following equipment: raw paper frame, hot cylinder machine, paper feeder, single-sided corrugated machine, overhead bridge frame, multiple preheaters, sizing machine, double-sided machine, pressure line paper separator, cross cutting machine, stacking machine, boiler and other equipment combinations. The roll shaped raw paper is input from the raw paper rack, heated and humidified by the hot cylinder machine, and enters the single-sided corrugated machine. After rolling and forming by the corrugated machine, it is bonded with the other side of the paper to form single-sided corrugated paper. It is transported by the overhead bridge frame, heated again by multiple preheaters, glued by the sizing machine, and then heated and bonded by the double-sided machine. At this point, the continuous corrugated cardboard is formed. After being divided vertically by a paper divider and creasing machine, and accurately cut horizontally and vertically by a cutting machine, the square corrugated cardboard has been produced. Finally, it is stacked and sorted by a stacker, and the number of sheets is calculated. The finished product of a complete production line is output from this stacker.
