Coated overlay is a film with a layer of thermal glue,which can be laminated fast with inkjet/digital/laser pvc sheet to make plastic cards .Compared with uncoated overlay, it is an overlay with a pre-coating, it can improve the yield of production.
It can enhance the surface smoothness not gloss of products and length service life of cards.

Thickness: 0.04mm, 0.06mm,0.08mm,0.10mm or customized
