· Integrated electronic control design of automatic thread cutting, automatic back sewing and automatic presser foot lifting, which realizes three synchronizations of back sewing, enhances the whole machine's thickness eating, and improves sewing efficiency by more than 25%.
· Three stepping motors are used to control feeding, which ensures stable feeding, realizes differential feeding up and down, and facilitates differential adjustment.
· High-speed full stitch distance with 100% stitch overlap, silent reverse stitch, high stitch repetition in reverse stitch reinforcement, beautiful reinforcement stitch and good stability.
· Pattern programming sewing can be realized, and the application scope of sewing technology can be expanded. The needle distance can be kept constant when sewing the innercurved arc.
· Using 5-inch high-resolution color screen, the operation is visualized, which is more convenient and easy to use.
· The needle distance can be adiusted electronically, which improves the accuracy and convenience of needle distance adjustment and realizes the quick switch between themaximum needle distance of 5mm and 7 mm.
· Intelligent USB interface: one end is multi-purpose, which can realize rapid upgrade of charging and electroniccontrol software.
· The mechanical failure rate of the whole machine is reduced by 15%-20% compared with thetraditional roller car.
