Used for four corner welding of PVC profile. In the whole working cycle with Omron CNC system driving the four heads, thus can achieve the high automatic and intelligent operation, automatic fabricating size control. With air control system can keep the machine running smoothly. Convenient adjustment of the crimp tooling can be met different profile requirement. Imported CNC system with a humanized design of human -machine interface, easy to operate and reliable operation. Driving system adopts imported Yaskawa servo motor drive the synchronous belt can keep positioning accuracy and long life use. Imported linear bearing system kept the running stable. Special "Know - How" technique keep the high corner strength. Vertical type is an ergonomically favorably position for the operator inserting upper profile.
