Product Description

CLK6130E adopts horizontal lathe layout, can automatically processing shaft type and all kinds of small , medium-sized plate workpiece. Like inside and outside the cylinder surface, circular arc surface, end face, cutting groove,chamfering, thread machining, was widely used in machinery, electronics, instruments and meters, oil pump, nozzle, light industry, medical and other industries, was more suitable for vocational and technical education, has high efficiency and practicality.
Horizontal flat bed structure, integral pedestal , main components like lathe bed,pedestal adopts high strength material resin sand casting, full aging treatment, guideway by the high frequency quenching treatment, to ensure the stability.
Variable frequency speed spindle, high precision, high speed angular contact bearings are adopted for front and rear of support bearings of spindle system. high speed, high precision, strong rigidity, small thermal deformation, smooth running, low noise characteristics significantly.
longitudinal and cross movement shaft adopts servo motor drive, precision ball screw transmission, half closed loop control system with pulse encoder position detection feedback, fast response, high precision, long service life. Contact Angle 60 °thrust angular contact bearings is adopted specially for lead screws for screw bearing , can withstand the high axial load, to ensure the rigidity and precision of the feeding transmission device.
