PVC Pelletizing Extrusion Production Line/Plastic Recycling Machine
This production line produces pellets by hot cutting, mainly PVC pellets. It is featured as advanced equipment, precise pelletizing and high producing capacity.
1. Main Process flowing:
PVC powder -Plastic mixer-Plastic extruder-extrusion mould-Pelletizer -air
Cooling system-vibrating sieve(optional)-Packing
2. Consist of the production line:
1 set SRL-Z 500/1000 Plastic mixer(equipped with screw loader)
1 set SJSZ 65/132 conical twin screw extruder (with mould)
1 set Pelletizer (Hot-cutting parts)
1 set Air cooling system, fan motor and slio.
Advantages:
The production line has the advantages of good plasticization, even mixing and compact structure; the auxiliary machine is of fan sending type collection, vibration separation and cooling, or strand cutting in the stainless water tank. The machines are of high automation and production efficiency.
