T5 tube lights is with high purity milky glass tube,which transmission rate is up to 90%, anti-UV & anti-diffuse and soft light;
Super brightness Epistar chips, high lumen 100Lm/w and CRI>75;
Three kinds of color temperature range from 3000K to 6500K for your choose;
Built-in isolated constant IC driver, with steady out voltage, no flicker;
No RF interference, no buzzing noise, no UV radiation;

External Driver T5 LED tube Wiring Diagram
1. T5 LED Tube should be installed on G5 lamp base.
2. Can be installed on traditional fluorescent batten or fixture.
3. The Wiring type of replacement is different for inductive ballast or electronic ballast.
Kindly be noted and see below instruction.
Remarks:
1. Please install the LED T5 lamp by professionals.
2. Please ensure the right voltage before T5 tube light working.
2. Do not touch the metal parts on the ends while T5 tube lights are working.
3. Swithch OFF the power for replacing the LED T5 tubes.

T5 Tube Lights Application
Be Most applied on indoor lighting like indirection lighting, exhibition display lighting, advertisement indicating lighting etc.

Q: 1. Can I have a sample order for led light? A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q: 2. What about the lead time? A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 5000pcs.

Q: 3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order? A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

Q: 4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q: 5. How to proceed an order for led light? A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q: 6. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product? A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q 7: Do you offer guarantee for the LED light products? A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.

Q 8: How to deal with the faulty led lights? A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
