Super large-capacity feeding structure,automatically selectable feeding barrel,saving time and material,suitable for the rapid replacement of different colour performance rubber production.
The injection plunger can be removed outside the injection barrel for maintenance and replacement is convenient and fast.
Adopt a synchronous lifting molding lifting mechanism,which is stable and reliable.
Hot plate heating is controlled by zones,the temperature is more uniform,fully enclosed safety baffle and grating,higher equipment operation safety level.
The first-in first-out injection structure adopts advanced European and American design concepts,the injection force is stable and reliable.
Direct pressure structure with fast closing cylinder on both sides in vertical direction.Two small oil cylinders to achieve fast opening and closing,speed and pressure divided into three digital settings;The parallelism between upper and lower hot plates is less than 0.08mm.A master cylinder to achieve clamping force,clamping pressure can be set.Maximum closing pressure protection.Precision electronic ruler controls the mode-locking stroke.Low speed and low pressure controls protect mold safety settings until mold closing is in place.

2-According to demand of buyer,the supplier send engineers to guide the install and the debug.But the buyer should undertake all cost,such as ticket,food,hotel for supplier,also they need pay 200 USD for engineer one day.
3-For the damage caused by the buyer,supplier provides the spare part and repair it with the best price.
4-If machine is broken up due to the not correct of the buyer within the one year period,supplier can send engineers if need to assist buyer,but buyer should undertake all the cost.
5-Within one year guarantee period,if machine broken down due to its quality itself,supplier should solve this for buyer with its cost.
6-Two parties can discuss other items which are not mentioned in this place.

A3: Zhongjun has the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and all the production step must follow up this SOP. Every machine needs at least automatic running over 48 TO 72 hours and must be inspected carefully before shipment.
Q4: Will you offer the pre-sales service?
A4: Yes, we have an experienced pre-sales team to support customers not only including machine, technology also water .electrical, machine layout in factory, etc.
