Workshop Display
Weldon MFG have 2 workshops with very strict QC & QA to insure our workers working in a safe and neat environment.
No.1 workshop mainly are Automation equipment, such as laser cutting machine, CNC punching machine, shearing machine, bending machine, etc.
No.2 workshop are dealing with the surface treatment, including powder coat and painting.
For the Environmental Protection requirement, we have to separate two workshops.
Packaging & Shipping
A variety of packing methods can be used as customers' requirement.
Including carton box, Honeycomb carton, Wooden box, Metal Rack Packing, etc.

Fabrication Process
Step 1: provide your drawings and requirements about Products.
Step 2: confirm products details.
Step 3: confirm cost, freight and delivery.
Note:
a. Sample unit cost will be 3 times based on the final quotation.
b. Because samples are customized, it takes us more labor costs than mass production.
c. Usually sample delivery time is around 10 to 20 days.(up to the products)
Step 4: provide PI to you, you make payment accordingly.
Step 5: we start production, and keep you informed updated news.
Step 6: send you details and photos when qualified sample is finished.
Step 7: make shipment after above information is confirmed.
FAQ
Question 1: What about the Delivery Time?
Weldon's Answer: Normally, it is 20 to 40 days, (you know, it up to products and order QTY) could be Earlier or Later.
Question 2: What about the shipment?
Weldon's Answer: We can ship your goods as your needs. Arrange by SEA, AIR or Express to your home. Provide Door to Door Service. Also send to other supplier in China is OK.
Question 3: How about the Payment Method?
Weldon'S Answer: We can do Ex-works, FOB CFR, CIF. We accept T/T, L/C, West Union, Paypal as well.
Note: 30% deposit is required before production, because we do customized products for clients, we unable to sell them to others, have to reduce our risk. Hope you can understand.
AFTER SERVICE:
Provide technical support during your assembling, installing and reprocessing.
Refund and rework policy for quality problem.
