Hydrothermal synthesis reactor is also known as polymerization reactor ,high pressure digestion tank,pressure lysis bomb,digestion tank,hydrothermal synthesis reactor,etc.Hydrothermal synthesis reactor is a kind of closed container which can decompose insoluble
substances.It can be used for sample pretreatment in atomic absorption spectroscopy and plasma emission analysis.It can also be used for low dose synthesis reactions.The purpose of fast digestion of insolube substances can also be achieved by the sealed environment of strong acid or alkali in the tank and high temperature and high pressure.
Application Example:
Sample pretreatment is performed in chemic analysis methods such as gas phase,liquid phase,plasma spectroscopic mass spectrometry,atomic absorption and atmic fluorescence. It can be used in the determination of heavy metals such as aluminum,copper,cadmium,zinc,calcium,manganese,iron and mercury.It can also be used as a kind of high temperature and high pressure anticorrosive and high purity reaction vessel,as well as organic synthesis,hydrothermal synthesis,crystal growth or sample digestion and extracion.Heavy meatals,agricultural residues,food,silt,rare earth,aquatic produts,oraganic matter and so on are processed before samples.
