The preheater is divided into two layers, three layers, and multiple layers, the diameter of the preheating roller is ¢600 mm, ¢800 mm, Φ900mm, Φ1000mm optional, the effective width is 1400 mm-2500 mm, the ESC wrap angle, the adjustment range is 60 degrees - 270 degrees, The surface of each roller is precisely ground and plated with hard chrome, which is smooth and durable. It adopts the disc head or flat head design to ensure that the base paper is heated evenly. It can be configured in single-layer or multi-layer. It can be composed of two, three, and four preheaters.

Product Features
1. Pre-heater diameter 1000 mm/1100 mm/1200 mm. butterfly head makes heating equal.
2. Pre-heater designed to be rotary at a fixed speed, which makes the temperature of the surface equal and passes the heat to the paper completely, and also reduces heat loss and makes the paper not easy to be broken off.
3. Flange is used for the steam rotary joint.
4. Made according to a national standard of pressure container I, a test certificate is followed.
5. Paper guide roll: φ 140 mm, one fixed, the other travel outside of preheating roll to control the heating surface. the parallelism of the travel paper guide roll can be adjusted.
6. With 0.55 kw/0.75 kw motor and 2 sets of worm wheel decelerator.
