Product Description PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As temperature decreases, rubber/plastic parts undergo hardening, brittleness, and crystallization, gradually losing flexibility. When subjected to brittle temperatures, they can easily fracture under external force. The flash on molded products, being thinner than the finished product, turns brittle quicker. The Cryogenic deflashing machine employs this principle by operating within the time frame where the flash is brittle while the product retains flexibility. High-speed projected special plastic media then targets these brittle flashes, effectively clearing them out without damaging the product.

Our machine is ideal for removing flashes from small rubber and plastic parts like O-rings, gaskets, and other molded components.
Utilizing advanced cryogenic processing technology, the machine first freezes the flashes, then eradicates them using high-speed projection media (Polycarbonate blast), significantly enhancing the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts.
