Large diameter vertical augers generate a high tip speed to ensure a fine shredding action is achieved. A stepless auger with a shallow pitch ensures that material is well mixed and shredded before it is thrown from the machine

Whether spreading fresh, well rotted or semi-solid farmyard manure, poultry litter, compost or waste products, deliver an even, fine and wide spread pattern.

Manure spreader for farms
The Manure Spreader is mainly used for livestock manure spreading in field, suitable for use in various large-scale farm fields, effective, uniform spreading and low cost.

Product Specifications:

1.Vehicle-mounted type: 3-20 cubic meters, disc or double-vertical auger can be customized
2. PTO disc type: 6-30 cubic meters can be customized
3. PTO double-vertical auger type: 6-30 cubic meters can be customized

Manure spreader feature:
1. Low Center of Gravity and High Efficiency This vehicle features tires positioned on both sides of the compartment, with a platform height of 1150 mm. Its low center of gravity facilitates easy loading, ensuring high spreading efficiency, stable operation, and fast travel.
2. Even Distribution and Wide Spreading Range Equipped with two vertical spiral crushing and spreading rods, this manure spreader quickly and evenly disperses fertilizer to the rear. It boasts strong crushing capabilities and a spreading width of 8-12 meters, efficiently handling manure and sludge with up to 80% moisture content.
3. Excellent Adaptability with Ground Preservation The spreader's running mechanism employs a rigid half-axle independent suspension, allowing the double-bridge wheels to pivot independently according to terrain. Its wheelbase is tailored to ridge spacing, ensuring no delays in movement and preventing ground damage.
4. Large Capacity and Minimal Residual Volume The box features an inverted trapezoidal design for optimal fluidity and minimal material waste. The fence height can be increased by 200-350 mm, allowing for an additional 2-3 m³ of volume.
5. High-Quality Imported Gearbox and Transmission The auger fertilizer spreader is equipped with both an imported gearbox and transmission, ensuring superior quality and reliable performance.
6. Durable Crushing Blade and Conveyor Chain The crushing blade is crafted from wear-resistant boron steel, while the conveyor utilizes a high-strength mining round link chain for exceptional durability.
