◆ The frame is made of galvanized steel, and the stainless steel frame is for option
◆ No cross-contamination between fresh air and exhaust air, the temperature efficiency is high
◆ The medium is corrosion-free and safe
◆ Vertical and horizontal structure are available for option

Efficiency Table:
The heat pipe heat exchangers’ temperature efficiency is generally from 50% to 70%. Facing velocity and the number of rows as the main factors affecting the temperature efficiency, whose influence to efficiency of the heat exchanger can be checked from below table and diagram
Applications Of Heat Pipe
(1) used in in Air Duct: The heat pipe heat exchanger or it’s functional section can be directly connected with the air duct. The installation is simple and convenient. While realizing energy recovery, y also saves investment
(2) used in Fresh Air Ventilators (ERV / HRV): The heat pipe heat exchanger can be horizontally installed in the fresh air ventilator, and the energy recovery can be realized through the operation of the supply fan and exhaust fan
(3) used in Modular Air Handling Unit: Roter brand heat pipe heat exchangers are widely installed in modular air handling units, which not only can realize the energy recovery from return air, but also can achieve dehumidification and reheat functions based on AHU’s functional sections
