Product Description
The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus plastic and filled with gel. Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the non-metallic strength member to form the cable core. The cable core is filled with water blocking compound and PE inner jacket is extruded. Then the aramid yarn armored around the inner jacket to reinforce . Finally, PE or AT outer jacket is completed.
• It can be installed without shutting off the power.
• Light weight and small diameter reducing the load caused by ice and wind and the load on towers and back-props.
• Large span length and the largest span is up to 1000 meters
• Good performance of tensile strength and temperature performance
